Project Overview
We were engaged to supply cleaners for a one-day corporate annual general meeting held in a multi-purpose hall in Kuala Lumpur. The client needed a dependable cleaning team on site for the full event day, so that the venue stayed tidy for attendees and the programme could run without interruption.
A team of 6 cleaners, male and female, was provided on 19 May 2026, working from 7.00am to 4.00pm. As this was a one-time job, it was arranged as an ad hoc supply with a clear working day, fixed working hours and a defined list of equipment agreed in the quotation.
Along with the cleaners, we supplied the tools and consumables the team needed on the day: brooms, a dust pan, a trolley cart, plastic bags, 20 black roller bins (120L), one set of cleaning chemicals and a walkie-talkie for communication on site. No inspection was required for this job.
